When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Pre-orders will require 10-15 business days for processing before shipping. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within an additional 2-3 business days.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before checking out.

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it.
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order begins processing.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some favorites may return, but many pieces are limited edition. If you love it, don’t wait!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
